LoRaWAN (Long Range Wide Area Network) is an open communication standard for the Internet of Things (IoT), designed to connect a large number of devices that transmit small amounts of data and must operate long-term with minimal power consumption. These are typically sensors and metering devices that can run on battery power for 5–10 years without replacement.
The technology offers long-range wireless communication - from several kilometers in urban environments to tens of kilometers in open areas. Data is transmitted via network gateways (LoRaWAN gateways) to central systems, where it is further processed in the cloud or enterprise applications.
Our solution includes a proprietary LoRaWAN gateway, ensuring reliable data collection from devices and secure transmission to higher-level systems. LoRaWAN is widely used in smart buildings, smart cities, industry, energy, and agriculture, where reliability, long device lifetime, and low operating costs are essential.
